I made just a 1/4 batch of these Mocha Chocolate Chips because I don't need 4 dozen chocolate anythings hanging around here. I also left out the apricots as that just seemed a little odd.
Most of the batch was frozen and it was great I could eat them straight from the freezer as they didn't go rock hard.
So that's about it! Probably wouldn't make them again but they did disappear pretty quickly which is always a good sign.
Our host this week is Peggy of Galettista and you will find the recipe there.
The apricots were odd, but oddly good :-)
ReplyDeleteI had to bring these into work to get them out of my house!
Delicious, delicious indeed.
ReplyDeleteI doubled the recipe and made 4 different types of cookies, adding nuts, cherries, orange,... Fabulous!
Noooo, I did not eat them all: there's still 2/3 in the freezer ;-)
I should have made a smaller batch...I am enjoying these, but probably not a recipe I'll repeat :)
ReplyDeleteI thought the apricots were odd too and left them out as well. Your cookies do look good though.
ReplyDeleteI like your cookie picture. It makes them look really yummy.
ReplyDeleteThey look good to me! Really, you can't go wrong with chocolate and coffee
ReplyDeleteI loved them. And I froze the cookie dough that was left, so I can just pull out a couple of dough balls to bake a few at a time.
ReplyDeleteGreat looking cookies.

I thought apricots were odd too!! Glad I'm not the only one. And I felt the same way about having cooking hanging around so I halved the batch. 1/4 probably would have been better still.
ReplyDeleteI had to give a bunch to my son and bring a bunch to work. We loved them, but we also skipped the apricots.
ReplyDeleteSurprisingly I enjoyed the apricots. Love eating cookie dough straight from the freezer!
